NISY started as a coffee roasting company, supplying freshly roasted coffee beans across Malaysia, which we still do best. We are experts that provide exceptional beverage solution to cafes, restaurants, kiosks and other business establishments. The motivation behind our coffee is simple: uncompromising quality.

Over the years, we gradually diversified into a one-stop supplier of in-house roasted coffee beans, tea bags, flavouring syrups, drinking chocolate and various other beverage ingredients. We believe that starting from the source to the final cup allows us to bring you the finest coffee experience. We also provide customized coffee roasting, technical training and workshops as part of our services.

IN QUALITY WE STRIVE

We believe that coffee should be consumed fresh after roasting. Generally roasted coffee beans need to “sit” or “rest” for a certain amount of time after roasting to ensure optimal taste. This is due to the continuous release of carbon dioxide (CO2) from the beans and the complex reactions that occur within the coffee beans.

The amount of time for coffee beans to sit varies depends on the roasting type. For example, espresso roasts typically sit for 5 to 7 days while filter coffee can be enjoyed as soon as the day after roasting.

At NISY, we guarantee freshly roasted coffee beans supplied to your premises. We roast-to-order (on demand) so that the coffee beans are as fresh as possible. The roasting date is printed as assurance of quality. This is what drives our value.
